No. 299, Luyang East Street, Laiwu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province, China -
Widely used in many industries such as railways and highways, bridge channels,
reservoir and canal water conservancy, wetland parks, waste landfills, ash dams, slag fields,
mining seepage prevention, salt industry and chemical industry, agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery, etc.
The products have been successively exported to countries and regions in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.

Our installation team follows project drawings and technical requirements to accurately plan geomembrane layout, panel positioning and cutting dimensions.
Trained technicians use professional welding, testing and inspection equipment to control seam quality and support reliable installation for containment and civil engineering projects.

Geomembrane installation is carried out according to project drawings and site conditions, with controlled panel layout, deployment direction and temporary anchoring to minimize wrinkles and excessive tension.
Adjacent panels are positioned with sufficient overlap for welding. Seams and membrane surfaces are inspected throughout installation, and any defects are identified, repaired and verified before acceptance.

Geomembrane welding is performed using professional equipment, with welding temperature, speed and pressure adjusted according to membrane type, thickness, site conditions and project requirements. Trial welding is carried out before production welding to verify suitable operating parameters.
Completed seams are inspected to confirm continuity and welding quality. Appropriate non-destructive testing and, when required by the project specification, destructive seam testing are used to verify that the installed geomembrane meets project quality requirements.

Quality control is implemented throughout geomembrane installation, including material inspection, panel deployment, seam preparation, welding, testing and final acceptance. Each stage is checked according to project specifications and site requirements.
Inspection results and identified defects are recorded and addressed promptly. Welding seams and membrane surfaces are verified before completion to help ensure reliable performance of the installed lining system.
